Labović Milena has more than 15 years of legal consultancy / representation provision experience in the area of corporate and criminal law.
After finishing Law Faculty in Podgorica, Montenegro, she was practicing law in attorneys’ offices and courts. She holds a master’s degree in corporate law. Her clients include various prominent companies, banks and numerous international investors.
She has been involved in the privatization of state companies and has represented clients before all court instances.
Today, Ms. Labović has her own law practice and provides legal consultancy / representation services in the areas of corporate and criminal law.
She speaks English and Italian.
Vukotić-Đonović Jelena has more than 20 years of programme / project management, institutional building and consultancy provision experience in the area of law, judicial reform, human and minority rights, strategy and law drafting and international projects in Montenegro and the Western Balkans.
After finishing Law Faculty in Belgrade, Serbia, she was an intern in Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, New York, New York. She was in charge of the UNDP Rule of Law and Human Rights Programme, for more than 10 years, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro.
Her role was partnership building with the relevant judicial stakeholders, international community and NGOs, coordination of the resource mobilization activities (fundraised more than 3 million USD), formulation and development of project documents and strategic plans. Ms. Đonović-Vukotić created the free legal aid project and was in charge of the establishment and implementation of the free legal aid system in Montenegro. She developed donor coordination mechanism for the judiciary and was actively involved in the drafting of judicial strategies and action plans.
Today, Ms. Đonović-Vukotić has her own law practice and provides legal consultancy / representation services in the areas of corporate and criminal law.
